Kicking off this venerable concert series at the Allen Centennial Gardens is Madison’s own Tony Castañeda.  Voted Madison’s Best and Favorite Latin Jazz group multiple times, the TCLJB has been keeping the tradition alive for over 10 years, playing the music of the Golden Age of Latin Jazz (1940’s-1960’s).
