Saxophonist Greg Abate & the Dave Stoler Quartet @ the Brink Lounge

Jazz saxophonist, flutist, and composer Greg Abate is an international jazz recording artist who tours the globe 225 days a year.  He’s currently touring in support of his new live concert CD, Gratitude, an album of mostly original tunes.  Greg is also a frequent and welcome Madison visitor, most recently for a stellar concert at Café CODA this past December.  He will be in town this weekend to serve as a clinician and performer at the 2020 Sun Prairie Jazz Fest.  For tonight’s concert at The Brink, Greg will perform in a quartet setting with iconic Madison pianist Dave Stoler and two of his favorite rhythm section mates, bassist Jeff Hammann and drummer Dave Bayles, both from Milwaukee.
