3/24: MADISON JAZZ JAM. The second March jam is more of a traditional jam with a sign-up sheet. The house band (members names were not available at press time) will play a couple of tunes and then an emcee welcomes musicians to have their turn on stage. The jam is free. Because MJJ is a non-profit, they pass the hat for donations to cover the cost of producing the jam. COPA Sail, 2841 Index Rd., Fitchburg. 6pm. Free admission.
