The Madison Jazz Society is proud to present this free performance by Mama Digdown’s Brass Band at Penn Park. For over two decades, Mama Digdown’s has traveled the world spreading the gospel of New Orleans brass band music. Mama Digdown’s nods respectfully to the craft and tradition of New Orleans jazz and the street beat they play has earned them the reputation as one of the hottest and hardest hitting brass bands on the scene today.  Penn Park, 2101 Fisher Street.  6pm.  Free event.
