11/18:  LUCAS GILLAN’S MANY BLESSINGS followed by TOM GULLION QUARTET.  Many Blessings, a Chicago-based jazz quartet, led by drummer and bandleader, Lucas Gillan,,composes music that hooks listeners with insistent grooves and memorable melodies even while subverting expectations with outré harmonies and freewheeling improvisations. Tom Gullion is a vibrant and innovative jazz saxophonist and flautist, whose adventurous improvisations have earned him a global reputation as a creative jazz musician.
