Louka with Christensen, Barba and Pultorak

This Friday Bright Moments presents Louka with John Christensen – Bass, Tony Barba – Clarinets, and Josh Pultorak – percussion on set 2! This will be an acoustic performance showcasing the original material and reimaginings of Louka Patenaude. The style is hard to box in but it’s all acoustic mixing folk, jazz, bluegrass and old harmonies evocative of spirits from a long time ago and a long time from now.

“Louka Patenaude, a veteran of the Madison music scene, is a performing guitarist, teacher, recording studio artist, songwriter and composer. As a professional teacher, his career goes back almost 20 years. He has appeared on many recordings and has toured throughout the Midwest, Europe and Pacific Asia.”
