8/9:  JAZZ AT FIVE-FEESTET & GERRI DIMAGGIO. Kicking off the 30th year of this popular series will be Feestet at 5pm.  Feestet is a Jazz ensemble fronted by vocalist Helen Feest with a penchant for sassy, smoky standards.   Madison’s iconic vocalist Gerri DiMaggio takes the stage at 6:45 with a sultry mix of Brazilian melodies along with a fresh blend of Jazz standards.   The quintet includes Bob Pesselman on guitar, Paul Hastil on piano, Peter Dominguez on bass, and Rich Larson on percussion.  Jazz at Five, 100 State Street, 5pm.  Free event
