WISCONSIN JAZZ FEST.  Now in its 13th year, the Wisconsin Fest features music from eight genres.  The jazz group will include Ben Ferris Octet; Rick Flowers Amalgam X; Jon Hoel Trio and Feestet.  Presented by Isthmus.  Majestic Theater, 115 King St.  7pm.  Tickets $15.
