3/20: ALEXIS LOMBRE TRIO. Pianist, vocalist and composer, Chicagoan Lombre performed the grand opening concert at Café CODA’s Willy Street location. She discovered early that the true essence of music is not just about what you hear but how music makes you feel. Her musical mission is to keep the ‘Soul’ in music alive. The trio will include Lombre, piano & vocals; Brooke Skye, bass and Louis Jones III, drums. Café CODA, 1224 Williamson St. One show only 7pm. Admission $20.
