December 7th, 2018 – Betsy Ezell Quintet

Betsy Ezell Quintet will be performing a show celebrating music from the Feminine Blue writing and recording project funded in part by an Artistic Development Grant from the Jazz Consortium. The original jazz compositions are focused on women’s perspectives and experience, particularly in light of cultural narratives over the last two years. This performance features Betsy Ezell on vocals, Becca May Grant on keys, Richard Hildner on guitar, Laurie Lang on bass and Jim Huwe on drums.  Café CODA, 1224 Williamson St. 5pm.  Free admission.
