June 17th, 2017 – Isthmus Jazz Festival Day 2 On The Terrace And In The Union Theater

Along with the ticketed headline concert by the great trumpeter Terence Blanchard, the Festival’s second day includes the world premiere performance of a new suite (“Scenes From Lake Mendota”) by trumpeter, composer and arranger Paul Dietrich, commissioned by the Wisconsin Union Theater.  Except for the Blanchard concert, all performances will be on the Union Terrace (or in the Rathskeller if bad weather) and are free admission.
