The Jazz Consortium launches its third season of InDIGenous concerts that showcase music composed and performed by our community’s finest jazz musicians. This season kickoff features an ensemble led by vocalist Alison Margaret, with saxophonist Eric Koppa, Paul Hastil on Fender Rhodes, John Christensen on bass, and drummer Michael Brenneis. For this concert, the ensemble will present newly-composed lyrics to instrumental compositions by Mr. Hastil. 7:30 PM, Madison Public Library Central Branch, 3rd floor, 201 West Mifflin Street.
