SON OF GOLDFINGER: TIM BERNE, CHES SMITH & DAVID TORN. The NYC-based band features David Torn (guitar, electronics), Tim Berne (alto sax), and Ches Smith (percussion, electronics) will kick off the release of a new album this month. All three musicians are renowned bandleaders in their own right, with current solo recordings on the prestigious ECM label.
