3/8: MADISON JAZZ JAM. The first jam of March will present trumpeter Chad McCullough and the UW Blue Note Ensemble in a concert-demo-reflection on the music of Herbie Hancock followed by a jam on Hancock tunes with everyone that wants to participate. Arts+Literature Laboratory, 111 S. Livingston St. 6pm. Free admission.
