This year’s annual Jazz Cabaret features dinner and dancing with music provided by Jazz West, Middleton High School Jazz Ensembles, and the East High Jazz Orchestra.  Reservations are required and are made by completing the reservation form available via email request to MHSJazzCabaret@gmail.com.

Dinner choices for adults are Grilled Chicken Italiana and Vegetarian Pasta Duo.  Child dinner is Chicken Tenders.  Both are served with salad, vegetable, rolls, non-alcoholic beverage, and dessert.

Payments are by check only, with checks payable to MHSBOPA and mailed to “Jazz Cabaret c/o Bev Fuerbringer, 1122 Swallowtail Drive, Madison, WI 53717.  The deadline for receipt of payment is 1/13/16.
