1/20:  BOBBY BROOM WITH THE ADDISON JORDAN QUARTET.  Chicago guitarist Bobby Broom’s love of jazz never blocked his affection for the pop music he grew up with, and has been a frequent wellspring throughout his career.  Broom will perform with a quartet led by Texas native Addison Jordan, a saxophonist, composer and educator.  North Street Cabaret, 610 North St.  8pm.  Tickets $15.
